That's my Lieutenant. 2LT Cummings, holds his trophy/victim high. This rat chose the wrong time to go looking for food, LT Cummings was in the area at the same time and was feeling froggy. What the LT may not want you to know is that it took 4 or 5 rounds to bring down this ferocious creature. Nice shootn' LT. (Picture provided by our friend Randy at the Oregonian)

I dunno, four or five rounds to hit a rat? That's not too bad if you ask me. Of course with that gun (what is it, a Berreta? Browning?) probably a umm .45 I guess, it's suprising there was anything left of that Iraqi vermin. Hmm, removing Iraqi Vermin... seems like that's the reason we went into that country to begin with! By the way, was the Lt. the one to shoot it becasue he was the only one with a side arm or is a pistol standard issue?
It was a Beretta 9mm. Other guys have sidearms, but he is more willing to shoot up stuff than the rest of us. Shooting stuff means we have to clean our weapons.
